 These courses can be run at a variety of venues around the UK allowing us to best help you achieve your training objectives.
We can look at topics such as working within a team, developing teamwork, communication, taking personal responsibility, and leadership through practical problem-solving tasks.
We are also able to incorporate an element of case study work to address any ongoing issues that may be present in your workplace, and by tackling this in a different environment we aim to relieve some of the tension and allow a more focused and structured approach to resolving these issues.
During this course we use the outdoors as a medium to facilitate problem-solving as well as classroom activities to review the acquisition of learning and look at the transferability of your new skills.
As all of these programmes are developed to meet your specific needs, we will arrange a free consultation meeting at your place of work or study to discuss your needs and observe your team in their working environment. Following this we will develop your training programme.
Following the completion of your programme we will leave you with an action plan to take back with you. We will also visit you a few weeks later to follow-up on the training and action plan. This allows us to assist and advise you on any final points of implementing the training outcomes and to receive further feedback from you.
