This is a 1-day, highly participative training course that can be delivered at your premises. Your certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of a multiple-choice exam at the end of the training day.
Food poisoning is normally caused by negligence or ignorance and, consequently, most experts in food hygiene believe that a reduction in the high level of food poisoning cases will only be achieved by the education of food handlers.
A new qualification to replace the Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene, the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Retail or Manufacturing has been designed to address the food safety needs of the individual sectors of the food industry.
